Gaussin will resort to Symbio’s fuel cells

Gaussin, a manufacturer based in Franche-Comté, a French eastern region, has just made another step forward when it signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with the joint venture between Faurecia and Michelin specialising in hydrogen fuel cells systems.

This agreement will speed up the development of the group’s range of hydrogen vehicles as Symbio’s tailor-made H2solutions will be integrated into Gaussin’s ATM vehicles. This partnership should increase the performance of the company’s vehicles and accelerate their market launch. As for Symbio, this agreement increases the field of applications for its technology and puts its know-how at the service of pioneers in zero-emission mobility.

Both partners share the same views regarding the potency of the hydrogen technology. They deem it is a future solution for zero-emission mobility without compromising on performance, particularly in terms of range and refuelling speed.
