The reference association of the H2 sector unveils today its new organisation. As they met in General Assembly on December 7th, the members of France Hydrogène elected their representatives in the different colleges within the Board of Directors.

This Board, comprising 19 members, reflects the diversity of the actors of the sector with a strong industrial component. Following the reorganisation that took place in October, the “Industrial” college, which now includes 12 representatives, greeted two new SMEs: HRS (represented by Adamo Screnci) and Gaussin (represented by Jean-Claude Bailly). This college also includes a medium-sized company: Qair, represented by Mareva Edel.

At the end of the General Assembly, the members of the Board of Directors re-elected Philippe Boucly, President of France Hydrogène, and appointed Jean-Michel Amaré, Managing Director and founder of Atawey, Vice President of the association. He thus reinforces the commitment of the SME-SMI in the operational governance.

This month of December is also the occasion for the Board to renew the mandates of the 12 regional Delegates of France Hydrogène for 2023-2024 with two newcomers this year : Sébastien Meunier for the Ile-de-France region and Bruno Lescher for the Pays-de-la-Loire region.
