Management of personal data

The personal data collected at the time of the requests for contact, information, on the site hydrogentoday.info are hosted on the servers of siteground.

These data are processed by the person in charge of the website, Bertrand Chauvet, who is the sole recipient of the data resulting from the contact and commercial requests, so that the latter can answer the users, constitute commercial proposals quantified on the legal basis of the execution of a contract.

The data will never be used for other, unintended purposes, nor will it be passed on to partners, unless the owner of the data agrees. No personal information other than that requested in this context is collected without the knowledge of the persons concerned. The data collected may also be copied to feed a customer file declared in the same way as above to the CNIL (National Commission on Informatics and Liberty).

In addition, the data collected is kept:

For customers: for the entire duration of the commercial relationship. It will be kept for commercial prospecting purposes for a maximum of 3 years from the end of this commercial relationship;

For non-customer prospects: for a maximum of 3 years from the date of collection by the data controller or the last contact from the prospect.

Furthermore, the data collected via the processing of personal data on this site is not transferred outside the European Union. The data transiting through the site is subject to constant attention as to its security and confidentiality. In addition to an HTTPS website, access to the back-office of the site is possible via logins and complex passwords with strong protection and double authentication. The same applies to the mailbox, which holds the personal data of users and customers. The hydrogentoday.info  website is equipped with numerous security modules to prevent malicious intrusion and data leakage.

However, the user of this site or the customer can at any time lodge a complaint with the National Commission on Informatics and Liberty (CNIL), the French control authority. 

Finally, in accordance with articles 15 and following of the General Data Protection Regulation, the user of this site has the right to access, rectify, delete and limit data concerning them, as well as the right to object to data processing carried out via the hydrogentoday.info website.
