Hydrogen Refueling Solutions (HRS) has announced its first order in Portugal for the supply and installation of an HRS14 station. The customer is HyChem (formerly Solvay Portugal), a strategic partner in the industry’s transition to carbon neutrality. This station will be located near Lisbon, in Póvoa de Santa Iria, and will be used to refuel cars and heavy vehicles, for both public and private use.

‘With its ambitious policies and commitment to the energy transition, the Portuguese market offers tremendous potential for the development of our hydrogen solutions,’ said Hassen Rachidi, founder of HRS. This order ‘represents another European success’ for HRS, with a 6th country now addressed on the continent. The group points out that it is present in each of the 4 countries (Portugal, Spain, France and Germany) that make up the H2Med green hydrogen energy corridor project.
