Hydrogen Refuelling Station (HRS) has publicly addressed issues concerning two of its customers—one placed under receivership and another with whom the relationship has deteriorated into a dispute.

The first case involves Phynix, an independent green hydrogen producer. HRS was informed of its placement under receivership on 6 March, with a six-month observation period. As a result, the stations currently in production have not been delivered and remain in storage at the factory. In the event of Phynix’s definitive insolvency, these stations could eventually be reassigned to other solvent customers.

The second case concerns Hype, the hydrogen taxi pioneer. According to HRS, “despite several attempts at an amicable resolution,” Hype “has still not honoured its commitments and has provided no clarity on the timeline for installing the stations, which are, however, ready for delivery by HRS.” As stated in the press release, HRS has “initiated legal proceedings to assert its rights” and will “keep the market informed of any significant developments in this matter.”

HRS is expected to clarify the financial impact of these unfulfilled orders when it publishes its half-yearly results on 24 April.
