Lhyfe to supply green hydrogen to stations of the H2 Mobility Deutschland network
The French producer Lhyfe has signed a 5-year contract with the German stations operator: H2 Mobility Deutschland. The first deliveries will supply 4 stations.
While France is at a standstill due to the political context, Germany is moving ahead with mobility. Four stations in Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland-Palatinate will be supplied with green hydrogen produced from renewable energy sources. “Our objective is to have green hydrogen throughout the entire H2 MOBILITY Deutschland network by 2028”, comments Frank Fronzke, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at H2 Mobility. “We are pleased to announce that with the support of Lhyfe we are making significant progress towards achieving this ambitious goal.”
“With a reliable hydrogen supply and the necessary refueling infrastructure, this partnership enables a shift toward zero-carbon transport at a new scale for the region”, says Luc Graré, Head of Central and Eastern Europe at Lhyfe.
The green hydrogen produced by Lhyfe is described as renewable fuel of non-biological origin (RFNBO).
