The European Hydrogen Week kicks off

From today, 20 November until 24 November, Brussels will be hosting the European Hydrogen Week. It’s an event that brings together all the top names of the hydrogen industry, with conferences and an exhibition.

Regarding the Hydrogen “Fashion Week”, the programme is packed with 25 sessions over 5 days and involving 200 speakers. The event kicked off this afternoon at 2pm, with the eagerly awaited speech from Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission. A number of high-level speakers will be taking the floor today, including Maros Sefkovic, Vice-President of the Commission; Jorgo Chartizmarkakis, President of Hydrogen Europe; and Valérie Ruiz-Domingo, Vice-President in charge of hydrogen at ENGIE and member of the Hydrogen Europe Executive Board. Brazilian President Lula da Silva will also be speaking on video.

As media partner, we will be at the European Hydrogen Week.

As for the exhibition, the organisers have announced the presence of players from the mobility (Ballard, BMW, Bosch, Daimler Truck, DLR, Honda, Plastic Omnium, Punch Hydrocell, Schaeffler, Toyota, ZeroAvia), energy (Gasunie) and industry (John Cockerill, Nel, Thyssenkrupp Nucera) sectors. The French participants include Atawey, CEA, CETIM, France Hydrogène, Fill n Drive, HDF Energy, Haffner Energy, HSL Technologies, HRS, Hyvia, Inocel, Lhyfe and Sakowin. The Automobile Club de l’Ouest (ACO) is even offering a hydrogen village.
