Fives announces an agreement with GuofuHee, a Chinese leader in integrated hydrogen solutions, to integrate its state-of-the-art cryogenic equipment and disruptive innovations. This should boost the business of this French player.

So who is Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co, Ltd, better known as GuofuHee? Since 2019, it has been the leader in the hydrogen market in China, providing and operating supply systems, refuelling stations and production units. In the last 5 years, the company has witnessed a growth of over 30 %. With Fives heat exchangers, cold boxes and cryopumps, GuofuHee aims to become China’s largest supplier of hydrogen equipment for storage and transport applications.

“Fives has been developing cryogenic solutions for the Chinese market for over 15 years and we recently expanded our production capacities locally to answer the growing need for hydrogen equipment”, states Frédéric Thrum, Deputy General Manager and President of the Energy Division at Fives. He then adds: “As a pioneer in the decarbonization of Industry, we are thrilled, through this partnership with GuofuHee, to support the development of the green mobility.”
