Following its Annual General Meeting and Board of Directors meeting held on 6 June, the clean technology company Hopium has decided to strengthen its presence in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
Shareholders voted—enthusiastically—to relocate the company’s headquarters from Saint-Bonnet-de-Mure, east of Lyon, to a new site within the same metropolitan area. We previously introduced this low-carbon facility, which already hosts the company’s research and development (R&D) operations, testing benches, validation teams, and hydrogen fuel cell assembly.
The Annual General Meeting also reaffirmed its confidence in the company’s leadership, approving the renewal of mandates for Stéphane Rabatel (CEO), Rodolphe Cadio, Pascal Ghoson, and Hervé Lenglart for another three years. In addition, Anne-Cécile Mathon-Montes was appointed as an independent board member for a three-year term. A former executive at Renault, she brings strategic expertise at the intersection of technological innovation, low-carbon mobility, and industrial vision.
