The British electrolyser manufacturer ITM Power has announced that Dr. Graham Cooley has decided to step down as CEO of the company. He has been leading the business through tremendous growth and development for the past 13 years.
ITM Power does not give further details and the CEO is still part of the management team. On the website, there is a picture of him and a quote, in which he praises a “team of over 400 people committed to green hydrogen solutions”. The business has started the selection process for a new CEO. Dr. Cooley will continue in his job until a replacement is chosen, at which point he will transition into a crucial strategic position and report to the Chairman and the future CEO.
The most recent communication was made on September 14 and included financial figures that, despite an increase in revenues, revealed a larger-than-anticipated deficit.
